Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended only for meeting room bookings and planned group sessions. Open seating and private cubicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To help minimize noise for others, voice and video calls should be taken inside the private cubicles whenever possible.

Light snacks and beverages are welcome. Please help keep the workspace clean and be mindful of other guests.

Yes. Ask for one at the counter and we'll stamp it every time you pay for a session of at least an hour. Your 4th stamp adds a free hour, the 7th adds two, and the 10th is a free whole day. See how it works.

Open seating is intended primarily for independent work and study. Groups are encouraged to use the meeting room for discussions and collaborative sessions.

Yes. Kataid is equipped with backup power to continue operating during scheduled power interruptions.

Kataid does not currently have dedicated parking. There are parking options within the vicinity, subject to availability. Vehicles parked nearby are at the owner's discretion and risk.

You may stay according to the session or pass you purchased. Additional hours may be purchased if you wish to extend your visit.

Stretch Packs give you 20 consumable hours valid for 30 days: Open Seating ₱900 (student) or ₱1,200 (regular), Private Cubicle ₱1,500 (solo) or ₱2,760 (2 pax). Productivity Passes cover up to 12 hours daily: Open Seating is monthly at ₱2,800 (student) or ₱4,500 (regular), and Private Cubicle is weekly at ₱3,500 (solo) or ₱6,000 (2 pax). All are subject to seat availability — ask at the front desk or message us to sign up.
