How it works

Ask for your card

Pick up a free Loyalty Card at the front desk on your next visit. No sign-up, nothing to install.

2

Stamp it when you pay

Present the card at the counter when you settle a session of at least one hour.

3

Claim your reward

Reach stamp 4, 7, or 10 and tell the front desk which reward you'd like to use.

The fine print

Program details

Earning a stamp
  • Present your Loyalty Card at the counter when you pay for a session.
  • A qualifying visit is any paid Open Seating, Private Cubicle, or Meeting Room session of at least 1 hour.
  • One stamp per qualifying visit, no matter how many hours you book that day.
  • Only one stamp is issued per card per day.
  • Productivity Pass holders don't earn stamps while their pass is active.
Redeeming a reward
  • Show your card at the counter and let the front desk know which reward you're claiming.
  • Rewards must be redeemed within 60 days of the stamp that unlocked them.
  • The 4th and 7th stamp rewards can be redeemed any time, subject to normal seat availability.
  • The 10th stamp reward is subject to availability and may be limited to off-peak hours.
  • Rewards apply to Open Seating only.
  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value.
General terms
  • The Loyalty Card is non-transferable and tied to the original holder.
  • Lost or damaged cards can be reissued at the counter once your visit history is confirmed.
  • Kataid Work and Study may update these mechanics at any time. Stamps already earned will be honored under the terms in place when they were earned.
  • This program cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless stated otherwise.
  • Kataid Work and Study reserves the right to end the Loyalty Card program with notice on our official channels.
